Monday. I started out reeeally good. I had a granola bar for breakfast, and for lunch I fixed the rest of the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo leftovers. Supper was a different story. I ended up getting Qdoba's; A Shredded Beef Burrito with white rice, pinto beans, lettuce, cheese, and these little crunchy chip things they stuff in it. I know! I know! The fast isn't over yet, and I've been slipping, but I now have a burrito big enough to last me for a good three days! They make those things so big, it's almost like getting it from a grocery store! If there is anything I am learning from all of this, it's how to make meals stretch over the course of several days....along with a better understanding of what breakfast, lunch, and dinner should consist of.
Breakfast: eggs, doughnuts, toast, bagels, bacon, pancakes, etc. Fiber. Fiber. Fiber. Protein. Protein. Protein....and energy.
Lunch: Think picnick style, lettucey.
Dinner: Meat. Pasta. Ethnic quizine.
